Dear Dr. DeAngelis,

I want to thank you and the entire staff for your unbelievable professionalism and experties during my treatment. Rita and Jen are such valuable team members and know when to counsel and when to defer to you. I have been so fortunate to receive care through you and your group and you have all assisted me in making the right decisions. The result is that I feel better about myself and I have a midline! Maybe no one else ever noticed, but I did, and it was importiant for me to fix my cockeyed mouth. I think Rita understood this issue well and I found her to be encouraging.

You and your staff are all business and you go go go but you know how to treat people and support them. It has been a pleasure. I think your systems work well. Your follow up is excellent. It's obvious you all respect and like each other.

I would not hesitate to refer patient to you. It's true that I am a wonderfully compliant patient(!) but after all I am not 13 years old and it's my own money I spent, not my parent's.

See you for future check-ups. Know that you are all so appreciated and make a difference in peoples lives. The kid's may not know that yet or they don't realize it, but I do.
